Organized fundraiser that drew 530 guests and raised approximately $200,000: coordinated event logistics, day-of
scheduling, event invitation, secured 10 media sources to cover the events, and collected over $2,000 in pledges;
Planned and executed seven professional and organizational development workshops that convened over 50
youth-serving DC nonprofits;
Managed updates and reward system for staff on our progression in our three year strategic plan;
Led coordination of office move and relocation;
