My specialisation is Business Continuity Management with an in-
terest towards Corporate Development and Risk Management
strategies. I have eight years of retail and four years of voluntary
sector experience with three years of various positions of trust. I
have studied four years in the University of Lapland, near Arctic
Circle, and two years combined in the Netherlands and Germany.
Written three academic theses with the latest written in Germany.

5. BACKGROUND
I have twelve years of work experience including sales, design
and operational management experience. My responsibilities
have ranged from small retail store operational responsibility to
affairs such as recruitment, sales and marketing but also man-
aging and operating various student affairs. In addition I have
experience from several local boards including student operat-
ed Rovaniemi Cinema club, student event and trip creator ESN
Lapland, management student union Cartel and DAS tenants
committee, as well as, gained training experience from Nordea
bank and student coaching company Eximia.
EDUCATION
I have studied both in Laurea University of
Applied Sciences and in University of Lap-
land, the only arctic university in Finland
and European union. In my studies I have
achieved five secondary subjects including
minors in accounting, sustainability in de-
velopment, communication, international
relations and social psychology and written
three academic theses – two bachelors and
one master thesis – focusing on corporate
sales concept development and discursive
evolution of success and failure in M&A.
SPECIALISATION
My professional expertise is in Business Continuity
Management (BCM) with an interest in Corporate
Development and Risk Management strategies. To
enable learning, I have focused in various corporate
management systems and their case studies aiming
to protect both corporate activity against disruptive
events, and to ensure likelihood of future recovery.
In order to support learning, I am constantly search-
ing new market opportunities, following new market
threats and analyzing business environment for fu-
ture growth possibilities.
PROFILE
I am an entrepreneurial spirit. My paragons are
startup and startup minded companies as well as
growth companies that deal with innovation and
business disruption. Among other things, I am de-
sign enthusiast and sport lover who loves to spend
time with sustainable thinking. In my next job I attend
to involve decision-making in such way that profits,
growth and sustainable innovation can be attained.
