A motion to remove a disparity in the Constitution for the closing date of
Committee nominations and align it with the closing date for AGM motions
That clause 30.5 of the Constitution be amended by replacing the words
“28 clear days” with the words “21 clear days”, so that it reads:
“Nominations must be received by the secretary 21 clear days prior to relevant
annual general meeting …”.
Motion requires 75% acceptance to pass

A motion to update and simplify the AGM notification requirements when email
notifications are not acknowledged.
That clause 42.1 of the Constitution be amended by replacing the words
“registered post” with the word “post”, so that it reads:
“if acknowledgement of the notice is not received by electronic mail within three
(3) days of its despatch, the Secretary shall send a notice by post.”.
