Change Management
• Have 1 EB to be main point of
contact and coach recruitment OC
• Get constant feedback from each
OC members
• Ensure clarity of this change
• Constantly clarify with members
Strong LC partnership
With strong LC partnership, we were able to interview and
select EPs on behalf of the host entity. At the recruitment
booth, we are able to sell sub-products and interview them
on the spot with questions pre-crafted together with LC
partner. And if the results is successful, we are able to
match them immediately to our partner LC project without
further assessment. This means 0 days match time!
12. Asia Pacific Innovation Achievement Award
Resources
Impact Achieved
• Increase participation at recruitment booth (entire LC were involve not only OC)
• Increase interest in international conference participation (e.g. delegation size of our

• Customer flow from strangers to leads shorten from 1 month to 1 week
• Conversion rate from visitor to contract signed improved by 3 times, from 7% to
22%
