Oil Products Operator
The primary responsibilities of the position shall be:
• Drafting and negotiation of contracts (supply, charterparty, terminaling, etc)
• Execution of contracts, including nomination of vessels, agents, loading/discharge dates, surveyors, cargo inspection, issuance of
documentary instructions, document traffic
• Payment guarantees, LOIs and invoicing
• Cargo insurance
• Supervision of terminal and vessel operations
• Coordination of obligations and flexibilities in purchase and sale contracts such that contractual obligations are met at the lowest cost
• Assist in improving workflow and internal procedures
The profile of the successful candidate shall be:
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work very independently
• Well organized and reliable
• Fluent in English, proficiency in Russian a plus
• Experience in complex terminal and ship-to-ship operations a plus
• Experience in NWE middle distillates market a plus
• IT skills a plus

Trade Finance Officer
The successful candidate will work as part of a 3-person trade finance team managing transactions with approximately 10 banks. This
position offers a collegial and dynamic work environment where individual initiative and development is prized.
The primary responsibilities of the position shall be:
• Managing relationships with current financing banks, developing relationships with new ones
• Negotiating credit terms and bank service fees
• Review of financial facility agreements
• Making most efficient use of the credit facilities available to the company
• Optimizing the company’s overall cost of financing
• Dealing with LCs, PCOs, documentary collections and other payment guarantee mechanisms
• Reconciling cash and collateral positions, margins and interest with financing banks
• Payment entry into treasury system
• Document traffic
• Assisting in the accounting and audit process
The profile of the successful candidate shall be:
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work very independently
• Well organized and reliable
• Fluent in English, proficiency in Russian a plus
• In-depth understanding of uniform practices for Letters of Credit and documentary collections a major plus
