The document evaluates feedback from 10 people on performance shots used in a music video to identify the stars. Respondents said the intimate, low-angle shot of one character created a feeling of closeness. Shots of the female star were praised for her natural expressions and facial communication skills in helping with identification. Shots of the male star also helped with identification by showing his more reserved expression in comparison. The conclusion is that the opening performance shots were effective in making the audience feel intimate with the characters and able to identify the stars of the video.

10 people filled out our survey was able to identify the stars of the
video from the performance shots. We received feedback on the
performance shots used as well
“I think so, I mean it was just the two of them but particularly the low
angle shot of Luke created a feeling of intimacy. “
“The performance shots of the girl where my favorite as her
expressions look so natural and not forced, enabled me to identify
her entirely and I thought she's very good at facial expressions and
communicating with the camera. The performance shots of the boy
where also good as he had quite a poker face expression and I feel
this enabled me to identify him as not too bothered about the
situation in comparison to the girls very emotive singing. “

3. CONCLUSION
From this feedback we can conclude
that the opening of our song was
effective and well shot as it had an
impact upon our audience of making
them feel intimate and close to the
characters of our video and was able
to allow them identify the stars of the
video.
