Joshua Ibbertson is a self-motivated and hardworking Civil Construction Supervisor with a range of skills and
experience gained through more than nine years spent in Supervisory roles.
Joshua has been part of a range of high level projects during his time as a Civil Construction Supervisor for Kerman
Contracting including the Orebody 24 Non Process Infrastructure Project and the RGP Rail Nelson Point LSS
Extension.

Ensure employees are instructed in and comply with all aspects of Kerman Health Safety and Environment
policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures & instructions and client requirements.
Monitor that employees working within this discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for
Construction (AFC) project drawings, specifications, ITPs (internal test procedures), Procedures and Site
Instructions.
Responsible for the quality aspects of the work within assigned areas and for ensuring employees
complete their work in accordance with the project schedule.
Review and monitor the availability of drawings, specifications, job instructions, material deliveries and
tools applicable to particular discipline and are of work.

4. Develop detailed daily and weekly work plans in accordance with the overall planning schedule.
Inform the Site Manager on specific areas where the program needs to be adjusted in accordance with
site conditions and material deliveries.
Responsible for monitoring the discipline and timekeeping of labour in a defined work area, identifying
any disciplinary action required, and informing the Site Manager.
Facilitate job safety analysis’ (JSA) and conduct behaviour based observations Perform worksite
inspections including QA as required
Ensures all activities on project work sites are managed in alignment with a range of company, client,
regulatory and contractual requirements relating to health, safety, environment, and industrial relations
Serves as Civil Construction Supervisor as part of construction contracts within the company
Lead Sub-Contractors and Kerman Civil teams on site, overseeing safe and effective completion of a range
of construction projects
Takes on several management functions of the supervisory project team including the inspections,
coordination of staff and meeting all relevant project requirements in line with best industry practices
Prepares and delivers a range of presentations, reports and statistics related to Project Supervisory
requirements
Ensures all Sub-contractors and Kerman employees follow all site requirements within HSE and Client
departments
Maintains updated drawings and relevant information, communicating with Project/Site Managers,
Engineers and all staff relaying changes; improvements for the completion of the project.
Analyses and implements relevant operating standards and controls
Liaise with external contractors for their services on site and ensure they meet all relevant project
requirements and industry standards
