4. PROJECT EXPERIENCEGIS
GIS’s I&E team completed three 300 ton Power
Generation Modules. From the installation of
cable, conduit, trays, and instrumentation, to
terminating power (medium & low voltage),
controls, and communication − all end devices
were delivered and ultimately commissioned for
startup at its final destination in Equitorial
Guinea.
Kinder Morgan -
Compression Stations
GIS provided Electrical & Instrumentation
services to Kinder Morgan’s various compression
stations in the Utica & Marcellus Shale Regions of
Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. Completing
an SVC Installation and Bi-Directional Chroma-
tography Package, GIS performed simultaneous
capital projects in varying conditions through-
out the region.
Chevron - Mabee Project
GIS installed NGL Recovery Equipment at the
Chevron Mabee CO2
Compression Facility in
Midland, TX, with all construction taking place
inside an existing operating plant. In addition to
being the single qualified contractor for all three
phases of work, GIS self-performed all civil work,
piping connections, setting of equipment skids,
electrical & instrumentation, as well as start-up
and commissioning.
From the extreme conditions of North Slope, Alaska, to Mid-Continent onshore oper-
ations, to shelf and ultra-deepwater offshore environments, GIS is equipped with the
experience and the tools to meet our clients’ global needs − and do so in the most
effective, efficient manner possible.

5. LIFE is the proactive, operational, and behavior-based
component of GIS’s comprehensive safety management
program. While our Corporate HSE group focuses on
compliance, training, and incident response, the LIFE
processes specifically cover Operational Safety, through:
comprehensive work planning; increasing awareness of
work area & task risks; intervention techniques for
redirecting at-risk behaviors; embedded field presence;
quarterly initiatives focused on observed areas of risk;
and visible leadership engagement.
