Fire Department Internship: Cedar Park, Texas Present 2015 summer
• Helped update critical documents for the Cedar Park Fire Department (Examples are
Standards of Cover (SOC), Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), and Self Assessment
Manual (SAM))-
• Drove 55 miles from San Marcos to Cedar Park showing commitment to show up each day-
• Reviewed and improved some odds and ends for the department, extensively using Word and
Excel
Visitor Services: Houston Museum of Natural Science Sugar Land Summer 2013-2014
• Required customer service providing an open and welcoming environment for guests visiting
the museum. Outgoing self-starter with sales and customer service experience.
• Showed ability to provide excellent customer service, promote and sell merchandise and
memberships, maintained store displays and handled a fast past working environment
• Displayed effective communicational skills towards customers with questions about the
museum.
