Joe, you have done everything we have asked of you in regards to the administrative aspect of the business. I don’t have
to ask you to get 24 hour calls done, because you print them out right away when you are working and make sure they
get done the proper way. We will start to hit callbacks and get you more involved with that segment. I’m positive you
will be able to catch on quickly and be able to get any task done that’s asked of you.

Joe, you have made significant strides in your sales numbers since your start date. You have an ESC of $7.61/car from
January 1st
through today. That is a above average and a very impressive number for only being with the company for a
few months. You hands down won the contest in February for your team, which is something to be very proud of. Keep
up the great work here and remember to always stay hungry and never settle for the first “no”. People will buy products
from people they like and build relationships with. Fact find and sell the benefits to customers and there is no stopping
you.

Joe, your sales numbers have really impressed me the most. You have done a great job understanding that this is a sales and
customer service job. As I stated above, I have been impressed with your customer service as well. Customer’s love working with
you and you do everything in your power to take great care of them.
Describe area needing improvement
Joe, the one area of opportunity I see for you is just being a little more aggressive at the branch. Don’t be afraid to be the first one to
the counter and lead the charge. You already have the customer service and sales down and I would like to see a little more fire
power and aggressiveness from you. Like I said earlier, you have done an absolutely great job and have done everything that has
been asked of you.
