He spent one month shadowing the Product Manager, demonstrating considerable drive and initiative. Joseph Kam made contact with our company during his time of study at Falmouth University; he asked if he could
spend some time in the company, in our New Product Development department, to get some practical experience
in manufacturing and design.
We agreed to his request and he spend one month with us shadowing the Product Manager in the New Product
Development Department.
Joseph demonstrated considerable drive and initiative in securing the work experience opportunity with us;
though our company was a considerable distance from his home he arrived punctually each day and fully
immersed himself in the department. We found him to be personable, willing, interested and motivated; in the
short time he was with us he managed to establish a good rapport with all the people that he encountered.
If he continues his future career with the same approach that he demonstrated at the start he should prove to be
