This document is a report on Muhammad Fadila Yasri Putra's internship at McCann WorldGroup Jakarta. It lists his responsibilities which included brand analysis, consumer research, developing media briefs, and assisting senior executives. His performance was rated as satisfactory in most criteria by his supervisor, Gilar Manggala. While he showed initiative and was helpful, he needed to improve being on time and keeping a regular schedule. Saran :
Fadil has demonstrated a willingness to work with passion and positive attitude where Re's able to treat
people with dignity and respect. He also consistently took initiative in every task that being given to him and verv
proactive at asking questions. However Fadil often failed to show up to work on time and keep a normal work
schedule, which we believe that this is one of the areas that Re needs to improve in the future. On top of that He
had been a very helpful and cooperative person while working at our company. He had shown his prompt
response towards any task upon Rim. He is creative, smart, and diligent.
After some training and experiences, we believe that Fadil can be a young potential person that able to
bring color in the industry.
