Professional Summary
!
Jordan is a first year college student at Indiana University- Purdue University in Indianapolis and
is a direct admit into the Kelley School of Business. She is extremely involved in youth ministry,
community service, and work.
!
From August 2011 to May 2015, Jordan was involved in YoungLife for high school students.
This a youth ministry program for Christian teenagers. Twice a week members and mentors of
YoungLife would meet to sing, pray, read the bible, and play fun games. Once a year their would
an opportunity for any and all members to go on a week long camp with their mentors. Jordan
went to Timber Wolf Lake for YoungLife Camp in Michigan in the summer of 2014. There she
focused on her relationship with God, went on many adventures like zip lining, tubing, and
climbing rope trails, and she also meet a lot of new people following the same life path as her.
She plans on continuing to be a member of YoungLife through college and will soon become a
mentor/leader for the program.

From November 2013 to August 2014 and from January 2015 on, Jordan has worked at a family
restaurant called Lil’ Charlie’s. There she is a waitress and serves all the customer’s needs. She
makes sure the food is cooked and plated to the customer’s liking and that they enjoy their meal
and their service. She works well with all of the staff including the cooks, salad makers and
managers. She tries to help everyone out so no one gets behind and makes sure to respect and
listen to her superiors. She works well with her fellow waitresses and waiters and is always
willing to help them keep up with their work as well.

From August 2014 to January 2015, Jordan was a nanny for two boys, one in 3rd grade and one
in 5th grade. She was responsible for picking them up from school or waiting for them to get off
the bus. She helped them with their homework and fed them after school snacks as well as
dinner. She also drove them to all their practices and religious ed.

Although, Jordan is still in college she plans on getting a part time job in the city of Indianapolis.
She wants to stay involved with her community and around IUPUI campus. She also plans on
applying to internships that gain her experience that will help her in her studies. She wants to
work hard at her studies, her job, and her future.
