Intro
Developing local regions based on traveling, linking and improving the
Connection between creative worker and Local people. The creative
workers travels into Tojiba for a long period of time, and they can get
discount services or a reward depending on their commitment and
contribution. To transform Tojiba into a place where creative workers
can Experience a good daily life in both working and relaxation.
Local people will be encouraged to discover things they didn’t
recognize and Create new values as result by enhancing their sense
of creation.
4. Motivation
Mainly for creative workers to activate their working-style instead of focusing
the working place. The Tojiba-culture was established in Japan mainly in
agricultural regions since the old times as a place used to relax and to cure
the disease for farmers. Sometimes the farmers stayed long during recess
period. Due to the change in daily life style and also traveling-style,
the number of customers are declining. Upon visiting and experiencing
Tojiba, and we have been thinking on how to connect creative worker
and the local people in Tojiba region.
Our team is consisted by creative students. Some students are studying
about cultural design, and a student is managing a design studio that
focusing on transforming tradition and making design using local material
based on the regional culture.

Japan's alpine valleys receive some of the heaviest snowfalls in
the world. Therefore traditional 'gassho-zukuri'
(clasped-hands) homes have high, steeply-peaked roofs so
the snow (and rain) can easily slide off the roof thatched from
local grasses and straw.

Reason why nomad workers
Our potential market does not belong permanently to organization or company. Changing
the place of residence or place of business in accordance with the work content and cus-
tomer, will attempt to create value while doing the flexible ways of working. This way of
working is to have sophisticated information and communication. The communication cost
also becomes inexpensive.
On the other hand, in organizations such as enterprises they are taking advantages from
Nomad workers from outside the organization for obtaining a market advantage by
increasing the competitiveness in the market, and to compensate for the weaknesses and
extend the strength in their management, also increasingly take advantage of In the Socie-
ty. By paying attention to these points, the Nomad work and Nomad worker are the form of
new ways of working that are now attracting attention.
