My work in the food service industry began while I was in high school. SInce then, I have held many jobs including construction worker and business owner, but for most of these years, I have held a job in the food industry. From washing dishes to cooking at a bar to bussing tables, even being part of the construction crew remodeling a pizza restaurant, I have worked many positions in the food and food service industries.
