Responsible for management of the company's Real Estate Owned (REO)-to-Rental due diligence process. Additionally managed
multiple asset classes. Directed a team, both domestically and internationally. Interfaced with the Residential Mortgage Trading Desk to
develop new REO-to-Rental reporting to mitigate risks. Directed team to perform post-funding Quality Control reviews of the Diligence
Agent. Mentored and trained associates on the program oversight process. Assisted with departmental special projects involving REO
due diligence for whole loan acquisitions. Position ended when the market changed and the program volume faced decline.

Ocwen Financial Corp. in 2012 for $750 million, and the Coppell, TX location was closed in the first quarter of 2013.
Responsible for management of the Real Estate Owned (REO) Oversight Team. Mentored and trained Homeward associates in
managing the REO oversight process. Additionally, created and provided training for our oursourcing partner. Revised and
improved Homeward scorecards to increase effectiveness of our REO outsource vendor management. Managed relationships
with key Homeward investors. Position ended with the sale of the firm to Ocwen.

serving homeowners nationwide, before GS sold the firm to Ocwen in 2011 for a reported $263.7 million.
Responsible to lead a team and oversee 90+% of the firm's entire REO portfolio. Managed all REO Outsource Vendors covering
multiple regions. Parent Goldman Sachs purchased and integrated Avelo Mortgage LLC into Litton. (I came from Avelo with the
acquisition.) Responsible for recruiting and hiring REO personnel after the integration. Created new policies and procedures to
significantly impact the efficiency of the firm. Instrumental in structuring the "Deed Away" program. Served a vital role in assisting
the Closing Department with the massive influx of HUD-1 settlement statements, when the Houston home office was disabled
