I have a proven track record in the construction, negotiation and delivery of large IT services and
telecommunications contracts – securing over £1bn of new revenue over the past 20 years. I have
demonstrated both bid and project leadership in the Finance and Government sectors and specialised
in securing large investment lead deals with long term annuity revenues. Furthermore I have proven

Over the past 7 years I have delivered a number of key initiatives the for BT Government Market Unit;
• Deal lead CCS (Crown Commercial Services) Secure Mail Framework and NHS Mail - £65 -
£130M (to be awarded Summer 15)

• Deal Lead MOJ (Ministry of Justice) FITS Programme – Communication and Hosting Towers

During my 2 years in FIS I performed two roles for BT Global Solutions – firstly, Senior Deal architect
leading the solution development, commercial framework and negotiations for;

• £30M Contract Award Barclays Capital and BGI – secured Dec 06
Secondly, I acted as the Programme Director for the deployment of Barclays Group WAN/LAN estate
– some 2300 locations in a six month window.
BT Head of Innovation and Head of High Touch – BT Government 2002 - 2004
During this period I performed the role of Head of Innovation and Head of High Touch for BT
Government. In the latter role I managed a small team of 6 Business Development Managers who had
responsibility for the delivery of BT Governments Largest Opportunities (contract value in excess of
£100m). The High Touch team was responsible for approx £5.7B of BT Governments £11B pipeline.
During my tenure the team secured 2 large contract extensions in Health (N3) and in Defence (DFTS 2)
worth £1.5Bn.
