 Overall responsibility for validating that the project meets the contractual requirements and is bound to
be delivered within budget and deadline;
 Made Development & Economic Proposals / Project;
 Submission Technical Project description;
 Master-Planes;
 Coordination of Architecture, Electrical and Mechanical Design;
 Calculation and Coordination Structural & Hydraulics Design;
 Ensuring that above works are constructed in accordance with the contract specifications and
reviewing design drawings for constructability (check the Shop-drawings);
 Training and supervision of staff Office;
 Tender - Specifications and technical reports to adjudicate the bid;
 Management, Coordination, Supervision and approval of works;
 Technical reports;
 Liaison with the contractor & client;
 Providing technical expertise and overview to the client;
 Undertaking regular site visits and audits to ensure works are being delivered in a safe and
productive manner in line with contractual and business requirements;
 Determining the need for design changes, in conjunction with the contractor;
 Valuing completed work and preparing monthly financial reports;
 Issuing, request for information, non-conformance reports and field change documents, where
required in conjunction with the field engineer;
 Ensuring client issues and complaints are appropriately managed;
 Attending site meetings-monthly to discuss the progress of the project in all area, with the client &
builder;
