Insurance Corporation in the defense of same. Responsibilities included directing defense counsel according to
corporate litigation guidelines that encompass approved trial strategies while writing reports analyzing exposure,

through either stabilization, jury verdict or appeal opinion. Trial preparation includes participating in regularly
scheduled mock trials addressing examination of claims personnel and expert witnesses in preparation of same.

I handled general liability, including litigated claims for surplus lines carrier/client that involved a mix of all kinds of
high risk business in liberal venues including: Artisan contractors, construction defect (including CA), Section VIII
housing, daycare centers, NY Labor Law and coverage litigation. Ihandled higher exposure cases and the more complex
cases for the unit/program on a first and third party basis. Approximately 50% of caseload of 200 cases were
construction defect and 80-90% of caseload were litigated cases. I also handled first party property commercial claims

resources and procedures within a claims handling environment to maximize new hires’ potential.
Audited claims files to insure quality standards for both adjusters and supervisors across all programs and reported to
