JAB International has catered at some of the finest
establishments in London including 'The Connaught Rooms',
Kensington Palace Hotel, Twickenham Rugby Stadium and
the Novotel Hammersmith. Many international celebrities and
business people have enjoyed the JAB International
atmosphere including HRH Prince Philip, Sylvester Stallone,
Kylie Minogue, Joan Collins, Elton John, Naomi Campbell and
the entire Chelsea Football Club. In Ghana we established
our credentials as early as 1991 providing Food and
Beverage Management at the Hotel Shangri-La Accra.
Management
The management at JAB International have been rigorously
recruited for their attitude and aptitude in being able to
effectively direct staff to utilize their full potential, both mental
and physical. Our management have been selected from
highly acclaimed Business Schools for their proven
compatibility skills and relevant professional experience.
The Chairman
The Chairman of JAB International, Mr. John Amoo-Bediako,
has had over twenty-five years experience working in the
hotel and catering industry. Having gained a wide variety of
personal work experience within the industry, from Kitchen
Porter to Food and Beverage Manager, John has acquired
the skills, knowledge and experience to successfully promote
the business in a 'real' sense. His unique style and approach
has attracted many to impress their friends and associates
with JAB International Consultancy.

Face to Face Interviews
Every Consultant, Personal Assistant, Technical Staff and
Research Agent supplied by JAB International have
undergone a skills evaluation, a person to person interview as
well as written and oral briefings.
JAB International human resource personnel are selected to
be the finest and are, therefore, paid at modest markets
salaries promoting professionalism loyalty, continuity,
punctuality and reliability.
In-House Training
All human resource personnel will have successfully
completed a JAB International's own in-house instructor led
training course and assessment. Our in-house training has
approval from the Institute of Environmental Health Officers
and the Royal Society for Health.
Personal Declarations
All human resources personnel complete a medical
questionnaire, Occupational Health Declaration and Health
and Safety Declaration. Records are kept at our local supply
branch, and can be provided upon request.
Code of Practice
All human resource personnel are issued with JAB
International Health, Hygiene and Safety Standards Code of
Practice.
Uniforms
All human resource personnel report for work with their own
uniform. Individual uniform requirements for each client
location can be agreed between respective management
teams.

"Meeting the Expectations of Our Clients"
Local Contact
Our local branch manager would have overall responsibility for your
account. We appoint one of our local Catering Consultants to the day to
day running of your business needs and requirements.
Applicant Briefing
All JAB International human resource personnel will be fully briefed for
each client location and/or function. Such issues as:-
o Personal Hygiene Requirements
o Code of Behavior
o Dress code and Presentation
o Time-keeping
o Security
o Health and Safety Issues
o Departmental Job Specification
o Work Environment
Briefing Sheet
All JAB International human resource personnel will be issued
with an Introduction Briefing Sheet specific to each client. This
will be designed with consultation with each client. All JAB
International human resource personnel will sign a declaration
to confirm receipt and comprehension of the content.
Client Familiarization
Before the initial launch of any business relationship, we would
recommend that our management team visit every client location,
observing all the departments in operation, and meeting Departmental
Managers, to build a complete picture of individual expectations and
standards. This also ensures client management teams have complete
confidence in JAB International's ability to meet their expectations.
