John David Garrett successfully completed the World Bank Group's MOOC on "Turn Down the Heat: Why a 4°C Warmer World Must be Avoided" with distinction in June 2015. The course presented the latest scientific evidence on the impacts and risks of climate change if necessary action is not taken, including that the world may warm by 4°C by 2100. It was overseen by Dr. Pablo C. Benitez and Dr. Alan S. Miller of the World Bank Group.
