important to use goggles and mask to
prevent any of the sawdust from
getting in your eyes or lungs.
•When the saw isn’t being used the
safety catch needs to be on.
3. Jig-saw
• Secure any loose fitting
jewelery or clothing, tie
back long hair - they can
get caught in moving
parts
• Avoid accidental starting.
Be sure power switch is
off before plugging in
• Unplug tool when you
need to change the
blade or adjust the shoe
angle
4. Hammers
• When using a hammer, line
up where you are going to
be hitting. Make sure you
dont hit your fingers.
• Dont put your head close to
what it is you will be
hammering as there is a risk
of hitting self in the face.
5. PowerDrill
• Make sure the
drill is clean and
well maintained
• Ensure the drill
bit is inserted
and secured
properly.
