2. Logo ideas
These are the first few trial ideas that I had
regarding the logo of my campaign. I felt that
these specific designs were interesting but
because of the importance of the logo were not
fit for purpose.
The Bee for example almost seemed to make light
of the difficult issue that is supposed to be
represented and therefore almost made a
mockery of it; this, of course is not appropriate.
3. Logo idea 1
My first logo idea was very straight forward and
carries the message of my campaign plainly and
simply with no argument. I was very pleased with
this idea and so would most likely use it as a logo
on posters and other similarly graphic work as this
successfully illustrates the aims of my campaign
4. Logo idea 2
I created this second logo and felt that it was
more successful as an icon for the brand but fails
to instantaneously speak to the view of the
intentions of the organisation behind it. I also felt
that the rainbow colour was an absolute
requirement in order to help convey the message
that this symbol belongs to a gay activist group.
7. This is merchandise that
will be sold in order to help
provide the charity with a
source of income while
also helping to advertise
the brand and raise
awareness.
Mechandise
8. Mechandise
I created this design as an
interesting design that helps to
push forward the ideology of
‘togetherness’ which Is often less
promoted in social action
campaigns.
