XL21 series power
distribution box is designed to be assembled into the distributing box with various control
functions according to the type of components,
specifications and quantity. The structure is so tight that can be very perfect
lt'smade of cold-rolled steel board or stainless alloy.We can provide a wide range of cabin

grounding resistance cabinet we developed and produced is applicable to 6~35KV power
distribution grid of cable running lines in cities, large industrial enterprises, factories,
airports, seaports, subway and etc. as well as 0.66KV system in mine digging and
0.4kv/6kv/10kv system in power plants.
Typical Technology Parameters Of The Product
Can design different kinds of resistors basing on the user requirements, resistance is from
1Ωto 2000Ω,the flowing current ia allowed from Ω~2000Ω,and the flowing time is
10s,15s,30s,60s,2h.
++++Operation Condition
1. Mostly applied indoor or outdoor in system of 50Hz and 60Hz
2. Max Altitude is 3500m. Because of high altitude and bad thermal discharging in plateau,
please indicate in order if in this situation.
3. Ambient Temp is between -20°C~+70°C and relative humidity does not excess 95%.
4. Wind pressure does not excess 700Mpa (equivalent to 34m/s)
5. Earthquake intensity is less than 8 degree.
6. Thickness of ice coverage is less than 10mm
7. Air dusty grade is not higher than IV grade
8. No corrosive or explosive gas and conductive dust around installation site.
9. As the resistor is a heat generating component, it should be installed in place with some
space left around, and be away from heat source.

3. ++++Aplication:
XL21 type alternative current low voltage power supply box Normal application condition:
1. Altitude height: No more than 2000m.
2. Ambient air temperature: Upper limit +40 centigrade, lowest limit: -25 centigrade. Within
24 hours average temperature can't more than +35 centigrade.
3. Relative humidity: No more than 50% when the temperature reach the highest point
(+40 centigrade).
4. No vibration and shock, installation degree can't more than 5 degree.

•1. Indoor /outdoor using, with good ventilation
•2. Indoor installation, altitude is less than 1000m, no harmful gas and dust, no explosive
dust
•3. Long time over voltage is not more than 1.1Un, long time over current is not more
than1.35Un.
•4. Ambient temperature is less than 40 degree centigrade, when capacitor switch, the
lower limit of temperature is minus 40 degree centigrade
•5. Humidity: less than 50% when it is 40 degree centigrade
