I am responsible for answering all incoming calls and
transferring them to the appropriate party, greets and assists
all visitors entering the building. Receives all packages from
various delivery services and notifies the employee upon
arrival. I am responsible for ordering all supplies for the
supply room, break room, and cleaning service. Scan and
email all vendor invoices to the various branches of our
company, open and scan all incoming mail and email or
deliver to appropriate parties. I am totally responsible for the
mailroom and send out all domestic and international mail
via USPS and send out all domestic and international
packages sent out by UPS. Take care of ordering lunches
for any meetings or training sessions. I assist my boss with
various administrative duties along with anyone else that
needs assistance. I am a member of our Safety Committee
and have assisted in training the employees on various
aspects of safety. I am certified for CPR/First
Aid/AED/Blood Bourne Pathogens.

10,599, data entry alpha numeric keystrokes are 6,500.
I am proficient in WordPerfect and Outlook but also know Microsoft
Word. I also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
