 You must set goals
 You must work with the right people
 You must be doing this for more than the money

they can access from any iphone, ipod, ipad.
 Apple training curriculum includes hand-on lab experiences, lectures,
and web-based training.
 Apple offers certification to all of its employees to make sure that
they know the product and know it well.
 They adapt training to meet each group of employees. Because the
training for the manager is not the same training a sales rep will need.
They addresses a broad range of technical proficiencies regardless of
your position, whether you’re an IT or creative professional, an
educator or student, or a service technician or business analyst.
 Apple had a plan that basically was to train their staff so that
they were “experts” in the field.
 Required Certification from sales to management
 Ease of access to training anytime and anywhere using any
mobile device.
 Provide webinars, webcast, active practice sessions, technical
support, tutorials, interactive programs, classroom training,
group and team training.
 Adapt the training for the students learning style;
Visual, Auditory and Tactile
 Apple set financial goals that paid off big.
 Apple's first-quarter revenue of $74.6 billion and earnings per
share of $3.06 easily surpassed analyst estimates of $67.7
billion and $2.60 for the three-month period ended Dec. 31. Its
profit was a record $18 billion. Iphone and iPad sales have
increased.
 So in sales, your goals have to be realistic, achievable, and
forecasted.
 You have to find your #1 competitor and find ways to show
your product is better.
 Your sales training staff and co-workers should be your friends and
not your enemies.
 Everyone should work toward the same goal of building the
company brand and working with each other to make the sale.
 As a disciplined group you must strategize on ways to double or
triple team to make a great presentation and make your sales goals.
 Even if you are in a isolated territory, you should feel like a part of
the team and a win should be a win for all.
 Share ways to close sales, so that the company wins and not just you.
 Teamwork should be rewarded as well as individual sales success!
