Steel SMT Stencil.
The Process is permanent and will withstand all Standard SMT Process, required to maintain any SMT
solder paste print process.

The proprietary process is focused on the aperture design, enhancing the 2 major factors in screen printing,
Mechanical seal and Paste Release properties.
The COBRA process has produced stable results when the A/R is challenged with component
miniaturization print requirements. The COBRA process has been applied to 3­6 mil stencil products, with
very impressive results.
The COBRA has been recorded to maintain its process capability in excess of 200K print strokes, although
this is subjective to the process where the COBRA stencil is applied.
The process stability is proven for all technology forums.
All COBRA stencils are 100% inspected to meet the Stencil design requirements, prior to shipping.
