Environmental Compliance Site Audits
Monitor and maintain governance processes. Report account performance
through established routines:
• LH Leadership Monthly EHS Compliance Meeting
• BAC & LH Leadership Quarterly EHS Compliance Review Meeting
Monitor, report, and modify/implement processes ensuring compliance with
new or changed standards, regulatory requirements, and/or BAC
processes/procedures.
Ensure Risk and Compliance training is delivered to the account team in
compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Personnel and Team Management
Perform routine (monthly) 1:1 meetings with each direct report. Obtain
status updates on work activities. Provide coaching, feedback, guidance,
direction.
Create annual Performance Review Plan for each employee to include:
• Competencies and values
• Stretch goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and
time-bound
• Individual development plan
Perform mid-year and year-end performance reviews of each direct
report.
Conduct monthly Team Meetings. Review company items/impacts. Discuss
team needs and improvements.
Conduct cross-training amongst team members as needed to ensure
coverage and knowledge of teammates responsibilities
Plan and coordinate team building events/outings.
