1. • Short films about bullying typically
highlight the effects that bullying
has on the victim often showing
the way they find escape – which
is usually suicide.
• Short films about bullying also
carry a message of don’t bully,
even though this is a convention I
don’t think we will include a text
piece in the film as it is obvious.
• Bullying films usually always end
negatively, this is a convention that
I am going to challenge what
making my film.

2.  As our final film idea we have decided that
we will create a film about a boy who gets
bullied.
 We have decided to have use a getting
ready scene to show what could happen on
his first day at his new school.
 To make the character more relatable we
have decided that it would be a good idea
to have a voice over of his thoughts.
 Our film also portrays the idea of what a
difference appearance can make to
whether you are bullied or not.
 However after watching many different
short films with the theme of bullying as
there centre focus we believe that it would
be more appealing and surprising if ours
ended differently.
