• 1 c. chopped • 1 c. cung1
scallions or onions • 1 lb dau6 fu6
• Optional: 1 lb tofu
Sauce: Zoeng3:
• 3 tbs oyster sauce • 3 tbs hou4 jau4
• 3 tsp soy sauce • 3 tsp si6 jau4
• 1.5 tsp sugar • 1.5 tsp baak6 tong4
• 6 tbs chicken broth • 6 tbs gai1 tong1
• 2 tsp sesame oil • 2 tsp maa4 jau4
• Salt • jim4
• Pepper • ziu1
