  9. 9. DIVIDE INTO 4 PATTIES <ul><li>& COAT WITH FLOUR </li></ul>Indent the center of each patty with your thumb
  10. 10. HEAT IN PAN OVER HIGH HEAT: <ul><li>1 Tablespoon Butter & 1 Tablespoon Oil </li></ul>ADD & BROWN MEAT <ul><ul><li>for roughly 1.5 minutes on each side. Cover and cook over low heat for another 3 - 4 minutes. </li></ul></ul>

  12. 12. COOK FOR A FEW MINUTES OVER LOW-MEDIUM HEAT AND SCOOP SAUCE OVER MEAT.
