Social learning promotes higher level of

promotions. “If your goal is to increase customer
satisfaction, perhaps the impact metric you are
looking for is the increase of speed of a response to
a customer, and how collaboration helps you do
that. For any social effort to be successful, it has to
tie to a business objective.” (Lauby, 2012).

Social Learning is as it sounds, learning socially. Children will play with friends and mimic their actions or try to outdo and become better, learning in the process. Adult learners are similar when incorporating social learning. Organizations use social media tools such as Facebook and Zoom to communicate and collaborate with one another in real time while being a great distance from each other. Depending on the goals and needs of these organizations, social media tools can be used to create social learning environments that are effective and efficient at addressing the needs of the organization but also the needs of the employee.
An example is an associate getting an award and another team member can picture themselves being awarded causing them to strive for an attainable recognition.
. Maintaining the goal of organization growth starts from within our organization. Inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing are current areas to promote. Growth here drive success by providing the longevity, promoting from with through mentorship.
Businesses can benefit from using Twitter in various ways which include free promotion of the business brand, reach new audiences by expanding your message on Twitter, you can connect and engage with new fans, network with partners, and identify influencers, and twitter connects you and your business to what’s happening in the world.
