2. Retained HR Consulting Services
Retained services include consulting at your site and via phone and email for
20 hours per month. Based on your needs, HRLink can be your service
partner to your management team or your ‘virtual’ HR department. If
additional services are requested beyond the agreed upon contracted
services, client will be billed at an hourly rate depending on the level of work
and will be outlined in the Statement of Work. Services provided under this
arrangement are for management support and high level employee support
as mutually agreed and outlined by client and HRLink. HRLink can also assist
with managing relationships with outside HR and Benefits related vendors in
the areas of: payroll, recruiting, workers compensation, 401k plan providers,
or other third party administrators.
Non-Retained – Project-based Services
Additional HR Services are offered on a fixed fee determined on project scope
and resources available, depending on level of service outlined in the
Statement of Work.
