  2. Issue: High volume of client = Difficult to retain on numbers Difficult to make a connection with customers
  3. “experience” > product Emotional Connection Part of the club Strong Brand =Retain Customers The stronger emotional connection and the less you make it solely about the money the greater the brand strength increases clients you retain.
  4. Build a Brand: PR Event: Surveys: -Website: must look good and be current -For Clients (in community stuff) -Get feedback, so clients stay -Welcome Boxes: Build the experience -For Referral Partners (feel appreciated) -Gather info for greater effeicency -Newsletter: Keep in contact, build a relationship
  5. In the last month, Ullrich Insurance had a little over 600 website hits while McClain Insurance had almost 1600 hits. Website in hyperlink is fully functional.
  6. Surveys allow you to gauge how our previous recommendations are doing. If created well, you gain valuable insights from the people you are trying to build a relationship with.
  7. Google Forms allows users to create simple and easy to fill out surveys. Sample questions created gauge the response level to new marketing tactics. We recommend sending this survey out approximately six weeks after a client signs a new policy with your agency. This will allow you to see what they client really thinks about the business and how you can connect with them.
