● Immunizations NCOIC – Supervise/Manage/Verify/Order $850k of vaccines annually. Oversaw/Trained
20 medical technicians in Initial IBT (Immunizations Back-up Technicians) training as well as their 8 hours
of Quarterly and Annual recertification training, zero deficiencies. Implement Cold chain management, no
losses.Administer routine vaccines for Active Duty, Dependents,and Retirees. Trained in Allergy/Venom
testing and administering Allergy/Venom prophylaxis, Active duty Flu percentage 99.6%, # 1 in Air Force.
June 2010 - Hill Air Force Base, UT
 Medical Technician – Checked in patients, obtained vital signs, recorded subjective and objective
notes reported by patient, performed treatments such as ear levages, Orthostatic vital signs,
casting/splinting, catheter insertion/removal, sutures, suture removal, staples, staple removal
ingrown toenail removal, florescent eye staining, freezing skin tags/wart removal, Peak flow
meters, Spirometry, Albuteral treatments, Medication Injections (Intramuscular, subcutaneous,
intradermal) and Medication administration. Monitor patients after medication or treatment is
administered to verify patient has no adverse reaction or side effects.
August 2009 - Basic Training
 Joined United States Air Force in time of war. Mastered 8 week Basic Training, Attended PT (Physical
Training) Monday-Friday at 5 AM. Excelled amongst peers, earned Thunderbolt award for Top Notch
performer (Top 15% of graduates).Learned Air Force Core Values (Integrity first, Service before self,
Excellence in all we do) and graduated with academic achievement. Also learned beneficial skills such as
how to work well with others.How to be an effective Leader and/orFollower while successfully managing
stressfulsituations.I am sharp, intelligent, adaptable, an exceptional problem solver, have the ability to
think outside the box (critical thinker), and pick up on new things quickly. During basic training I also
earned military ribbon for sharp shooter.
