Responsible for field contact and negotiation with landowners for
survey permission and ROW acquisition for major greenfield pipeline
project. Negotiation of segment-wide access and site requirements
including permanent and temporary access roads, main line valve
sites, lay down yards, remote work space and staging areas.
Landowner negotiation for ROW and workspace requirements in both
urban and agricultural areas including: crop loss, fertilizer plans, lime
application plans, anhydrous application plans, drain tile plans with
headers and parallels outside of permanent ROW and FSA/CRP
programs. Negotiated landowner agreements as to
compensation/damage packages including: legal fees,
fencing/construction issues, tree/shrub compensation and restoration
