MANAGING DIRECTOR, Carr Consulting Inc., a consulting firm providing
Engineering and Landscape Design services. Dallas, TX, 2000 to present
Administrates company assets to maximize profits; HR, accounting and contract
management. Directs landscape design projects and coordinates with engineers
and architects to complete projects.

BOARD COMMISSIONER, City of Forney, Parks and Recreation Board
Represented the city with park staff as a liaison between the city and
homeowners, civic groups and sports organizations. Reviewed annual park
budgets, and service contracts, master plans, and construction documents.
Monitored planning and construction of the Phase 1 of Forney’s Community Park
and planning of phase 2. 2008 to 2014
HOA PRESIDENT, Mustang Creek HOA. Forney, TX .
Coordinated monthly public meetings. Represented the interests of 400+ home
owners to the management company and the board. Acted as a liaison between
the City of Forney and the HOA regarding parks and community interests.
Reviewed and Initiated park and grounds maintenance service contracts.
Generated management policies and enforced HOA regulations. 2009 to 2011
LECTURER, COORDINATOR, DISD.
Developed a lecture series with a select group of professionals, to assist the Dallas
Independent School District’s Minority & Women Business Enterprise Program
educate prospective bidders on the architecture, landscape architecture and
engineering issues related to designing or renovating a school. Represented the
landscape architecture portion of the series. Developed the landscape architecture
criteria for schools and lectured on the subject. Over 500 professionals attended
