This has reference to the interview you had with us. We, on behalf of WhiteLake
Technology Solutions Pvt., Ltd., are delighted to extend this offer of employment for the
position of “SAS Programmer.” Please review the summary of terms and conditions for
your anticipated employment with us.
1. Remuneration & Allowances: You are eligible to receive remuneration & allowances
totaling INR 10,000 /- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) per month, paid to you pro-rata, for
every completed Gregorian month of service, until your confirmation. And upon
confirmation, you will be paid INR 13,285/- (Rupees Thirteen Thousand Two
Hundred and Eighty Five Only) per month (CTC). Please refer ‘Annexure – A’
for a detailed view.
2. Job Objectives & Responsibilities: Your Job Objectives and Responsibilities will be
discussed with you upon your joining.
3. Probation: On joining the company, you shall be on probation for 2 months. After
successful completion of the probation and review thereof, your employment will be
confirmed entitling you to allowances and benefits applicable to regular employees of
the organization.
5. Rules & Regulations: You are expected to follow rules and regulations of the
company as may be in force from time to time. You are also required to respect the
applicable laws and socio-cultural practices / beliefs in various parts of the world that
you may be required to travel as a representative of the company. Rules pertaining to
Confidentiality of Proprietary Information, Business Secrets, Client Data, Third Party
Information, etc. shall be explained to you upon joining.

6. Conditional offer: You have been offered employment based on information
furnished by you to us. If any information is found to be false or misrepresented, during
the course of your employment or later, the organization reserves the right with itself to
review your employment status and consider legal recourse, if deemed necessary.
7. Appointment Letter: Your original appointment letter would be handed to you in
person upon your joining the organization and reporting on duty.
8. Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement: You are expected to sign an
“Agreement of Contract” at the time of your joining the organization, stating that you
will not disclose any trade secrets of the company to any outsider.
9. Date of joining: We expect you to report to duty on 8th June, 2015, at the Head
Office in Nagercoil.
