This document discusses a proposed intervention to help reduce stress for college students by giving them more control over their environment and choices. The intervention would provide both indoor and outdoor spaces on campus where students could access calming elements like nature, aromas, music to relax and take breaks from their busy campus lives. Branding elements like logos were also created for this proposed stress-reducing program.
