Monitor the uptime, downtime and performance reports detailed online website and E-Mail
reports.
First-level help desk technical support and troubleshooting on IT network.
2. Installation, configuration and administration of Cisco IT infrastructures – Cisco switches,
routers, VOIP telephony, security applications, firewalls and network protocols.
Handling backbone & trunks 2MB Link and DS3 links. In case if any down time for these
links will trace the problem & resolve the issue by coordinating with related service
providers.
Trouble-shooting of VPN problems.
SLOW CONNECTIVITY & PACKET DROPS: Analyze the issue by customer interface Traffic. If
traffic is not exceeding more than the limited Bandwidth will follow further steps by
analyzing through extend ping & trace route. Resolve the issue by coordinating with NOC.
Backbone performance Issues, Possible Routing Problems ,Escalate to NOC team.
Single Customer Routing Problems & Performance, Escalate to NOC team.
All other issues (DNS, News, Single Dial Access, etc.), Escalate to NOC team.
Responsible for preparing Daily / Weekly Consumption Issuance Report.
Implementation & monitoring:
