scheme
- First assessment in 2023 by candidates who commenced APC
registration from 1 Jan 2023
- Candidates will be assessed on their understanding towards QS Act
1967 (amendments 2015) and QS Rules (amendments 2016)
- Only in ENGLISH and only ONLINE

- Candidates can begin the assessment upon obtaining the approval of
APC registration
- OEA is split to 5 chapters, must pass each chapters before allowed to
proceed the next chapter
- Candidates must pass all chapters of the assessments before called
for interview

- Passing mark is 80% of each chapter
- No limitation on the number of attempts to pass and no time limit
However,
- Candidates are given 2 trials for each assessment. If unsuccessful,
the candidates are allowed to retake after 14 days from the second
assessment attempt
