• Dr. Jason Yapp is a specialist in climate finance, climate friendly agriculture, sustainable forest and land

• As Coordinator for Commonwealth Climate Finance Access Hub, I have helped to establish the Hub base in
Mauritius to support Small Island Developing States (SIDS) and LDCs in the Caribbean, Pacific and Indian
Oceans regions to access the climate finance to scale up climate resilience and mitigation programmes to

with strong oversight, governance and MRV structures will be
tested through the demonstration of 1,000 biogas units, 1,300
efficient motors in tea factories and 205 solar PV net metering
with battery storage. The robustness of the framework to blend
and sequence public fund, national climate fund with Green
Climate Fund resources will be tested.
