2. My music magazine was produced after
researching existing products
I developed the idea of adding pictures by
adding a series of pictures instead of one
I included an interview with an unknown band
which does not usually happen
3. My interview represented an older age group
whereas most music magazines are aimed at a
younger audience

anybody aged 30 – 50
I think this because it shows more older people
but unknown
5. I attracted my audience by having a unique
selling point of a free CD
I also attracted my audience by having sell lines
about my double page spread and other
articles
6. Bauer Media Group produce Kerrang!, Mojo
and Q
As they would be interested in my music
magazine because it is different to all the other
music magazines by being innovative in its
approach to age groups
7. I have learn how to edit photos in Photoshop by
using the magic brush and cropping tool
I have learnt how to make a double page
spread in Publisher and how to use
8. Looking back at my college magazine I feel that
I have learnt:
how to place and edit pictures better
to evenly space pictures as too many make it
look unprofessional
