financing: Business plans, Visualisation, Work plans and Gantt
charts, Spreadsheets and Management Plans.
 Submit bids and application forms: Consult with finance and
funding bodies and submit proposals/bids to meet the funding
guidelines.
 Operational plan: Secure "buy-in" amongst partners, develop an
operational plan, take project forward once the funding or finance
has been secured.
 Project Monitoring and evaluation.
