experience to get the job done, if
not ISG will reconstitute the
Management Team.
2. There must be a clear business
plan. ISG will assist the promoter
with a clear Business Plan attuned
to the Investment Criteria of the

make Financial Projections for the
first five years.
4. If there is not enough equity in the
Company, ISG will introduce
