4. 5-Year Performance Guarantee
The 5-Year Performance Guarantee begins at the date of installation. All equipment must be maintained
under a Sharp Business Systems Customer Care Maintenance Agreement and operated using only
genuine Sharp supplies and parts. This guarantee applies to all new copier, copier/printer, printer and
facsimile equipment procured through and billed by Sharp Business Systems, and is not applicable to
equipment that has been damaged by accident or misuse, including improper voltage.
If it is determined that the equipment was maintained using other than genuine Sharp supplies and parts,
The Sharp Business Systems 5-Year Performance Guarantee will no longer be valid.
