If you are reading this, then it means you have had the pleasure to meet Jami Brannen and/or
are considering her for a potential role in your organization. I had the pleasure of working with
and managing Jami when I was at Gulfstream as the Director of HR Support Services.
Jami is one of those quality individuals that, as a manager, I sincerely felt my job was purely to
remove obstacles in front of her and see what would happen. In that spirit, she originally was
my Executive Administrative Assistant, and she shared the desire to professionally pursue her
passion – which is photography. It turned out that she had an amazing portfolio, and a gift in
working with people to get the most amazing shot. At that time, we did not have a
photographer in HR, and she became the first. She worked to create the image of what could be
done, and became the rock of the multi-media group team.
I share the above, as regardless of the role she is applying for, she has the following skills:
1. Incredible interpersonal skills that garner credibility and trust quickly.
2. The ability to do the unorganized or never done before. She can make her own path.
3. Strong desire to learn and continue to improve herself.
4. One of the most collaborative individuals I have met.
