EXPERIENCE:
American Cruise Lines, New Orleans LA
Steward (Waiter) October – Present
American Cruise line is a small river boat luxury cruise. It is a 5 star fine dining banquet style
restaurant, and some of my responsibility’s were to set the tables, open dinner wines, cut lemons, set
the beverage stations, serve my tables and provide excellent service. On board I worked 7 days a week
averaged about 87 hours a week, we typically had about 2 tables each about 12 guests which made it
easier to provide excellent service which I did day in and day out.

Norwegian Cruise Line Pride of America, Hawaiian Islands
Assistant Waiter April 2015 – February 2016
I worked in a large fine dining restaurant. Some of my duties were to greet the table and give them
bread and water, see if they want anything else to drink, and if they're having wine, then I pour the wine
for them. Next I go to the galley to get their food and serve it, check on the guest to make sure
everything tastes good and if they want anything else. I also refill their water glass. When they're
finished, buss the table and reset the table. Typically we have about 5-6 tables at a time around 20
2. guests sometimes more and still able to provide excellent service to everyone.
