15. 10 years ago , following the global financial crisis, we saw the need for the industry to come
together and rebuild.
So we created events to do that - and we already run live business to business events for
the mountain industry, these events bring organisations together with a great impact on their
connections, their shared knowledge and deliver new business.
But we wanted to do more, we wanted to take the huge positive energy and business
development that our live events create and make it accessible to mountain businesses
globally, and for 365 days a year.

Multiple team members can be linked to one company. Company members are published at the Company
page. In Members you can search and view the members on Company or Person level.

Members can filter companies and members by the events they are attending, keywords and tags.

Event attendees become MTN members. They can use their profile at all MTN events.

Event attendees can send meeting requests. The system knows when and where the host and invitee can
meet. At a table, room, stand or meeting point.

29. Manage outgoing and incoming meeting requests
Outgoing meeting requests can be rescheduled or canceled. Incoming meeting requests can be accepted,
rescheduled or rejected. When ameeting accepted the system shows who, when and where.

30. Meeting confirmed. The conversation can start.
Only when a meeting is confirmed, host and invitee can share contact info (if member permits it) and start
up the conversation in the message board.
