- 5. 2008 Attended 1st Corporate Ski Trip As a city lawyer, I attended a corporate ski trip and was convinced I could do it better. The seed was planted. 2011 Company Incorporation. Returned to parents house, converted shed to office, worked with design agency to create brand, became ATOL certified, and became independent tour operator. 2013 Became a franchise of Barrhead Travel This provided Glacius Travel with ABTA bonding (as well as ATOL), thus allowing Glacius to benefit from creating its own product but also selling 3rd party products.. 2015 Glacius opens concession shop Glacius moves into Craigdon Mountain Sports in Edinburgh providing Glacius with a well suited customer base and fitting surrounding. 2019… TTA provides Glacius with much greater freedom of products, processes and visibility on figures. A much better fit! Glacius leaves Barrhead & joins TTA

PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION • Introduction of Dolphin Dynamics CRM • Introduction of Corporate SOP MARGIN IMPROVEMENT • Executed global contracts with ski hire ski school and transfer providers. Consolidation of suppliers has begun. - Tehnologija mora it v to smer – fact. Tak sistem bo prej ko slej moral funkcionirati Sistem tak kot je in SR = dober tool, ampak če hočemo naredit večji preskok v industriji – moramo vsi skupaj sodelovat z večjimi inštitucijami.
- Kaj pričakujemo, kaj tukaj iščemo je podpora vseh vas, da podprete našo idejo in da skupaj dvignemo celotno sceno na višji nivo. Še enkrat, mi smo samo tool za to in (spodaj)… Tukaj ste zbrani najpomembnejši ljudje v industriji. Naš namen je pokrit stroške obratovanja in razvijanja iz oglasov in članarin, nočemo se vpletati politično.
